NOTE: The listing of antimicrobial alternatives for the condition with more than one treatment option are listed in descending order of "first, second" in accordance with WHO AWaRe List 2023 and the resistance profile of the most common pathogen(s) , i.e., the first listed antibiotic(s) is the first choice.
